Returns & Store Credit Policy

 

We’re a small business based in Puerto Rico, and we truly appreciate your support! Here’s everything you need to know about how we work with returns:

You’ve got 7 days!

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Returns requested or received after the 7-day window may not be accepted. If accepted, restocking fees may apply.

What can be returned?

We accept returns on regular-priced clothing items that are: Unused with original tags still attached. All returned items will be inspected before store credit is issued. Items with stains, odors, damage, or missing tags will not qualify.

For shipped orders:

If your order was shipped, the return window starts once the package is marked as delivered. Request your return within those 7 days. We’ll send you a return label and the shipping cost will be taken out of your store credit or you can ship it back yourself. Once we check the item, we’ll email you a gift card with the store credit amount.

Important: We offer store credit only. Once the transaction is processed, it is non-refundable.
